Customer Service Excellence (CSE) is the Government Standard for Customer Service improvement. CSE is designed to operate on three distinct levels: As a driver of continuous improvement; As a skills development tool; As an independent validation of achievement.The

CSE Champion's role is pivotal in helping an organisation along the journey to the point that they become an accredited company. This one-day workshop has been designed to help Internal Champions put CSE in context, understand the business imperatives, acquire the skills necessary to successfully implement the programme and learn from other delegates on the course.

 Workshop Outcomes:

·         Define the role of the Champion.

·         Gain a working knowledge of the Customer Service Excellence Standard.

·         Explore the evidence requirements to achieve and maintain the Standard.

·         Reflect on the role of the Champion in relation to managing expectations, selling the benefits and supporting continuous improvement within an organisation.

·         ‘Map’ their own organisation against the standard in relation to identifying strong evidence in place.

·         Develop a personal action plan which will assist them to develop within the role.
