The CSE Internal Reviewer’s role will give any organisation the support of any individual being trained to uphold and maintain the values, policies and data collection to maintain the standard throughout the organisation and prepare evidence ready for your next review.
Workshop Outcomes:
· Define the role of the Internal Reviewer.
- Gain a working knowledge of the Customer Service Excellence Standard.
- Explore the evidence requirements to maintain the Standard.
- Reflect on the role of the Internal Reviewer in relation to facilitating focus groups, analysing evidence, sources of evidence, internal & external communications, interview practice and report writing.
- Develop a personal action plan which will assist delegates to develop within the role.
