Top 500 firm Roythornes Solicitors has been established as a legal services provider for over 80 years with grassroots serving the agriculture, food and farming communities, both at corporate and individual level. They specialise in a number of service areas including Commercial and Residential Property, Family, Wills & Probate, Inheritance Tax, Wealth Management and Personal Injury.
With customers varying from international blue-chip companies to family businesses and landowners, they have built a national reputation for strong knowledge in relation to agricultural matters. Roythornes have recently been awarded the Great Green Star Award in recognition of their overall commitment to reducing their impact on the environment and are also accredited with the Law Society's Practice Management Standard, Lexcel.
After a thorough and robust process which included a pre-assessment to make them aware of any gaps in their processes, Roythornes were awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in 2016 where they become the first law firm to do so in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire areas.
“The assessment is an independent validation of achievement allowing us to demonstrate our competence, identify any key areas for improvement and celebrate success”, Ann Barrasso, Operations Manager.
Since implementing the standard, Roythornes have seen that they continue to apply great levels of service to their customers and as one of the few law firms to achieve the award, it certainly puts them ahead of their competitors.
Ann also gave some valuable advice to firms considering the assessment, “Good service comes from understanding the needs of the different customers, keeping promises and delivering consistently high standards. The standard helps to focus on the criteria and refine all elements of service given”.
Centre for Assessment would like to congratulate everyone at Roythornes Solicitors on their successful Customer Service Excellence assessment.
