Our trainers have a diverse mix of experience in both technical and regulatory training, and all take a friendly and personable approach. Our aim is to upskill you, or your organisation, and our trainers will make sure that will happen.

Deirdre McManus
Deirdre is a successful human resource professional with over 15 years' experience in a Senior Management position She has a further 15 years’ experience in the field of commercial sales, workforce development, and business support.
Bernice Cohen
Bernice trained in Manchester as a Home Economist before moving to London in her twenties. She remained there for ten years, initially researching food and recipe development for Bovril.
Gary Jarvis
Gary is a Chartered Quality Professional and Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), as well as being an IRCA Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. His details can be found on the International Register of Certified Auditors.
Owain Williams
Owain has been involved with first aid and ambulance aid for over 30 years with the British Red Cross. Raising to Ambulance Aid Level 2 (Emergency Ambulance Attendant), attending emergencies and accidents throughout the South Wales area.
