Deirdre is a consultant and change agent specialising in developing skills in senior people to increase organisational performance.
As well as our open course programme, Deirdre works with some of our clients to deliver bespoke training, coaching, facilitation, and consultancy. She can support in a number of ways but has in the past worked in areas such as; Performance Management, Change management, and Key Account Management.
Deirdre is passionate about Learning & Development and gains immense personal satisfaction from assisting individuals and teams in developing their full potential through learning & development interventions. Her training is always practical, participative and fun as she believes this is vital to ensure the learning is transferred in a very practical way back to the workplace.
