Introduction to ILM Level 3
This course will help you to develop your people management skills and understand how to apply them in your business.

Centre for Assessment is an approved Institute of Leadership and Management training centre.  Our highly-experienced trainer, who has herself held senior leadership positions, will ensure you get the most out of your learning, resulting in a recognised professional qualification. 

We deliver this award through attendance at two of our one-day management courses: Transition from Colleague to Manager and Leadership in Action. This is followed by an induction to the requirements of the award, a follow-up tutorial and a work-based assignment.

    • Adopting management behaviours
    • How to get the most from your team by adapting your leadership style
    • Understanding different sources of power

    Day Two
    Leadership in Action:
    • Effective leadership - setting the vision and how to get there
    • Examining your leadership strengths and development areas
    • Analysing and enhancing your individual communication skills
    • Motivational leadership techniques
