This one-day interactive, practical workshop focuses on key tools and best practice techniques essential for people managers.  The learning will help you make the transition from colleague to manager as smooth as possible.

With many years of experience delivering leadership and management training, our trainer will use real life insights to bring the session to life.

There are two options for you to complete this course.  You can either book a place on our open virtual training course or arrange delivery of the workshop to a group of delegates at your organisation (subject to government restrictions).  Get in touch with us and we will work with your needs and preferences.
