Aspiring, new or experienced people managers will find this course useful. To ensure the course is interactive and dynamic, we suggest 2-8 delegates attend from your organisation.

You can opt for a full one-day course, exploring the above content in depth. Alternatively, we are offering a condensed, half-day version of the course followed by one-to-one mentoring sessions with delegates. We can also offer you a bespoke version of the workshop, adapting the content to your individual needs.
