Our trainers are experienced food safety and/or environmental health practitioners.
Anyone working with or around food will require a good understanding of food safety. This course is designed to provide candidates with an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene practice.
This is a nationally recognised course and, following a short examination, successful participants will receive the Level 2 Food Safety in Catering qualification.
This course is an Ofqual regulated qualification.
