What are the aims of the course?

This course provides a thorough understanding of food safety procedures, emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls. Anyone working in a supervisory position in the food business is accountable for food safety, therefore this course will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively.

What will I achieve?

This is a nationally recognised course and, following a short examination, participants will receive the Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing qualification.

This course is an Ofqual regulated qualification.
