Our trainers are experienced food safety and/or environmental health practitioners.
This course provides a thorough understanding of food safety procedures, emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls. Anyone working in a supervisory position in the food business is accountable for food safety, therefore this course will equip participants with the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively.
This is a nationally recognised course and, following a short examination, participants will receive the Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering qualification.
This course is an Ofqual regulated qualification.
