Call structuring: you'll learn how to structure sales calls in a way that helps you to achieve the best outcome, and be shown how to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

Dealing with the gatekeeper: most organisations will have a system for filtering calls, and many salespeople find that making initial contact with the decision-maker is the hardest part of the sale.  This workshop looks at innovative tehniques for intellingence-gathering and working professionaly with the gatekeeper to make contact with the all-important decision-maker.

Handling objections: we'll also show you the best way to deal with objections and hesitations, so you don't lose out on business.
