Certification Manager
Helen Taft is a quality, regulatory/CE/UKCA and health and safety/environmental systems management professional with extensive experience of all management system disciplines in a variety of industries, and twenty years’ experience of the certification industry (ISO 17021 and ISO 17065) including product conformity and management systems. Helen joined CfA in 2018 as certification manager and heads the technical team who are responsible for ensuring CfA’s certification body activities meet UKAS accreditation requirements.
Outside of work, Helen’s interests include church, gardening, walking, and reading.
