Prior to this role, I worked in the Aviation sector in Events, however I was excited by the idea of moving into a new sector. Although it’s different to what I’m used to, I’m thoroughly enjoying the new style and approach, as well as learning new skills. There was a lot of information to digest during the beginning, however I feel much more settled and confident now that I have started working with clients.
My previous experience in customer service led me to this role, I’m really looking forward to working in a company that is not for profit, that gives back and helps organisations and individuals thrive.
Everyone is in the team is very nice! This is a bonus as it makes the work even more enjoyable – Centre for Assessment are an incredibly supportive team and company. I really like the variety of clients that I'm working, and I'm looking forward to getting involved in other parts of the role, for example ‘The Understanding the Lexcel Standard with CfA’ webinars when I’m more experienced.
I think my most proud accomplishment is gaining positive results in sectors that I am still developing my experience in or knowledge of, by quickly learning information and feeding the benefits back to clients.
I used to volunteer as a scout’s assistant leader in a children’s scouts’ group, I enjoyed working with the children and taking part in the scouts’ activities and learning new skills, e.g. kayaking, making campfires.
