I have over five years' experience across various environments related to client services. This is the reason why joining the CfA team was a logical continuation of my career path. Prior to that, I worked for a company that provided insurance and engineering inspection services, cooperating actively with insurance brokers, agencies, insurance providers, and surveyor engineers.
I think working in a legal sector is a great place to build your career, realising that at some extent your work can impact other people and brings a positive change into their lives. The coordination aspect is another reason why this role appealed to me. Our Lexcel process involves a chain of cooperation between external bodies and clients. As my previous role equipped me with a similar model of interaction, I felt confident to do that. And lastly, at the time of my career path, it was very important for me to settle in a company with very strong and meaningful values. That's why joining the Growth Company resonated deeply with that goal.
Everything has been great so far. My transition into the new role was quite smooth and thorough. During my first week it was great to meet everyone at our CfA’s full team meeting. I enjoyed it a lot because I had a chance to hear about the team's achievements and see further goals for the upcoming year. I am looking forward to building trustworthy and good relationships not only with my team members but also with our clients, our assessor's team, and colleagues at the Law Society.
Looking further back, I think one of my proudest achievement is building a professional career across different countries. Each move required me to quickly adapt to new cultures and professional settings, often working in foreign languages and mastering specific nuances of every role. Successfully transferring my skills to the UK insurance and legal sectors has been a significant milestone for me.
The fun fact about me is that England is the fifth country I have been living in. So, I think I can call myself an international person.
