I am an experienced Business and Management Systems Consultant, having come into the world of ISO Certification from Business Management Consultancy and Management & Leadership Development.

My focus is in people and organisations to improve their personal, team and business performance by looking at their:

Processes – This is through supporting clients to improve their organisation through the development of a simple and focused Management System. With processes and documentation for managing risk and improvement. Whether this is limited to a Quality Management System (QMS) or an Integrated Management System (IMS) which may include Environmental, Health and Safety, Information Security, Personal Information Security, Business Continuity, Valuing People, Collaborative Working, IT Service Desk and others. 

People – Effective Systems are incredibly important as is having an effective well led team to implement and manage them. Through my company ADG Insights and associates I can also offer training and qualifications in Leadership, Management, Administration, Auditing and Business Improvement. These can also be certificated through qualifications at Level 2, 3, 5 and 7. I also have also have experience in Apprenticeship End Point Assessment.

Performance – The ISO Standards require the organisation to have clarity of direction and purpose. We can support the orgisation in developing a clear vision, mission, values, aims, objectives and KPI’s. At a personal level we offer Coaching, Team Development, 360 Appraisal Systems and a range of Psychometrics.

I have worked in Business Consultancy for over 25 years. My experience covers supporting Management and Leadership Development for Public and Private Organisation supporting business transformation and change clients include Unilever, Bae Systems, Local Government, Probation Service, the Prison Service, numerous smaller organisation in Engineering, Manufacturing, Software Development, IT Services, Surveyors, Financial Services amongst others.

I have a good track record with ISO Implementation with 100% of those seeking certification achieving whatever standards they sought. I still work with the majority of the clients I have developed systems for. Many start out with ISO9001 and progress to ISO14001 (Environment) and ISO45001 (Health and Safety). With technology clients this tends to be ISO9001, ISO22301 (Business Continuity) and ISO27001 (Information Security) and more recently ISO27701 (Personal Information Management).
