I have more than 25 years of experience in operational management, H&S management, customer service delivery and people engagement through a variety of roles and industries; including construction, banking, Government outsourcing and contracting. As a lead auditor with several UKAS certification bodies, a consultant to companies across diverse sectors and having trained in Environmental, H&S, Internal Audit and Lead Auditor courses, I have a wealth of experience in successful management system implementation.  I am a member of IOSH & IEMA.

  • Consultant to companies involved in activities such as ground works, highways, third sector, lettings agency, government & professional contracts.
  • Training provision to major UK housebuilder, British Army, construction companies across areas including environmental awareness, project management, manual handling, internal audit, IRCA lead auditor training courses.

 Board level positions held include Customer Service Director, Carillion, responsible for circa 700 staff across contact centre and administrative roles, delivery of £400m of contracts to clients including the BBC & Department for Energy & Climate Change.

Operational roles held include site management of construction projects to blue chip clients and responsibility for a 70-strong field based workforce of domestic heating engineers and back office.
